General Rules and Regulations

Anyone renting a site must be 19 years of age or older.
Site renters are responsible for any minors on that site.

Site fee is for 2 adults and up to 3 children under 16, in one trailer/tent.
Only one trailer/tent per site.
Extra adults/children in same trailer/tent will be charged $5 per person.
Non serviced sites are for tenters only.

Sites must be kept clean and left as they were found.
Campfires are permitted in fire rings only and are not to be moved.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are: 10pm- 8 am Sunday through Thursday. Weekends 12 pm-8am
Absolutely no noise is permitted during quiet hours.
Nimrod’s considers noise as ‘anything that infringes on the enjoyment of other campers’.
Vehicle operation is not permitted in the campground during quiet times.

NIMRODS CAMPGROUND IS NOT A PARTY PLACE

Excessive drinking or drug use will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Loud music is not permitted at any time. Noise restrictions apply at all campsites.

PETS

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when walking. Dogs must not be left alone.
Dogs must be kept within the perimeter of the campsite and on a tether no longer than 8’.
Owners are responsible to clean up after their pet. Aggressive animals are not permitted.

FIREWOOD

Firewood is for sale at the office. Cutting brush or gathering wood for fuel is prohibited.

VISITORS

Visitors must sign in at the office and leave vehicles outside gate.
Visiting hours end at 10:30 pm on weekends and 9:30 during the week.
Any visitors remaining in the campground ½ hour past these times will be charged the nightly fee.
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.

Gate will be closed at 9:30 pm nightly.
Registered guests entering after 9:30 pm must leave their vehicles outside of the gate.

SWIMMING/CANOE RENTALS

Swimming and use of dock is at your own risk. Each camper is responsible for the safety and control of their children when playing around the campground, playground or while swimming in the lake.

Canoes are available to rent.
Personal Floatation Devices are issued with each rental. Everyone in the canoe MUST wear a PFD.
It is the responsibility of the person renting to ensure that the PFD are worn properly.
Canoes will not be rented to minors unless accompanied by an adult.
Use and rental of canoes is at own risk.

REFUNDS

Refunds are possible within 1 hour of registering. Anyone evicted from Nimrods will not receive a refund.

Nimrods Campground or Saint Mary’s Fish & Game Association are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury that may occur while staying at or visiting the campground.
